Complaints about the platform
Billing, matching, data handling, or anything else JustDivorce.in itself did: raise it through the contact form, choosing "Something else". You will receive an acknowledgment within 2 business days and a substantive response within 15.
Concerns about an advocate's conduct
Professional misconduct by an advocate is a matter for the relevant State Bar Council, which has the statutory power to inquire into it — we do not and cannot adjudicate it. If you tell us which state your advocate is enrolled in, we will point you to the right Bar Council and its procedure. You can also ask us to re-match you with a different advocate at any time, at no additional platform fee.
Consumer remedies
Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, including approaching the appropriate Consumer Commission.
